Health & Safety Policy

Introduction

Florian Fuchs and Bruno Carvalho, founder and managing director of Focoso ApS, are committed to ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of all employees, contractors, and attendees at all events produced x the company. In accordance with Danish health and safety laws and the International Labour Organization (ILO) guidelines, this policy outlines the company's approach to managing health and safety and sets out its responsibilities and obligations.

Policy Statement

It is the policy of Focoso ApS to:

  1. Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulations.

  2. Ensure that all employees and contractors are adequately trained and competent in health and safety.

  3. Provide and maintain safe systems of work and safe equipment.

  4. Promote a positive health and safety culture and encourage active employee involvement in health and safety.

  5. Regularly assess and review health and safety risks and implement appropriate control measures.

  6. Encourage the reporting of accidents and near misses and undertake investigations as necessary.

  7. Maintain accurate records of accidents, incidents, and near misses.

  8. Provide all employees with clear instructions, information, and training on health and safety.

  9. Ensure that all attendees at events produced by the company are made aware of any health and safety risks and provided with appropriate information and instructions.

Responsibilities

  1. Florian Fuchs, as the NEBOSH certified founder of the company, and Bruno Carvalho, as the managing director, have ultimate responsibility for health and safety.

  2. All employees and contractors have a responsibility to take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their actions.

  3. All employees and contractors must co-operate with Focoso ApS in implementing this policy and in maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.

Implementation

  1. This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect any changes in legislation or best practice.

  2. This policy will be communicated to all employees, contractors, and attendees at events produced by the company.

  3. Adequate resources will be provided to implement this policy.
